updateCustomerAiRecap

/customers/:id/ai-recap/:recapId

Updates the user feedback for a specific AI recap request. This endpoint is used to annotate the quality or usefulness of an AI-generated response. Only the userFeedback attribute will be read from the request payload.

Note: It is recommended not to resend requestText and responseText attributes to save bandwidth, as they will be ignored during the update process.

To access the service you need at least one of the following permissions:
